The 2018 Full-Year results are in and they&rsquo;re great! 
We are proud to announce that the total company revenue grey by 12% YoY reaching EGP 7.4 billion, surpassing the target of EGP 6.8 billion. New Sales (Residential and Commercial) amounted to EGP 12.5 billion, a growth of 18% YoY with 3,102 units sold, compared to 2,136 during FY 2017.&nbsp;

The growth in New Sales was mainly led by the successful launch of Badya (EGP 4.8 billion, 1.935 sold residential units), continued uptake of residential units in Palm Hills New Cairo, complemented by the remarkable 168% YoY growth in commercial sales to EGP 1.8 billion.

|Bady&atilde;|, The Creative City, has embarked on a new creative journey with Art D&rsquo;&Eacute;gypte with the opening of &ldquo;Figurative Encounters&rdquo;. The exhibition, which ran from April 10 to 20 at Palm Central, welcomed the public to a unique opportunity to enjoy a dialogue between two artists, Salah Taher and Ahmed Askalany and witness a special collection from Salah Taher&rsquo;s work on display for the first time ever exclusively for |Bady&atilde;|.
&rdquo;Figurative Encounters&rdquo; showcases different interpretations of figures by artists that have mastered the two mediums of painting and sculpting.
Dynamic figure paintings that are full of movement are juxtaposed by static sculptures made traditionally out of woven Palm leaves, creating a powerful dialogue between both artists for the first time. The silence of the figures, and the boldness of the brushstrokes leaves an impression of contrast and harmony.

Reviving the Egyptian Soul is the latest CSR project from Palm Hills Developments. Initiated to redevelop impoverished villages in Upper Egypt and the Delta, the project aims to transform those villages into sustainable, model communities flourishing with life and opportunity.
Reviving the Egyptian Soul will entail reconstructing housing, providing reliable access to clean, potable water, implementing proper drainage and sewage systems, developing educational institutions and medical facilities. It is the hopes of Palm Hills to reach as many Egyptians in need as possible and offer them the chance to grow towards a brighter tomorrow. 
We are proud to have extended our Building On platform to include the enhancement of lesser-developed segments to our society and improving the standards of life in all territories by developing integrated, self-sustaining communities. For us it is the people who make the place, so it is our privilege to provide them with the infrastructures and resources to create a better way of life for themselves and their families. Reviving The Egyptian Soul

Thousands of visitors showed up to the Palm Hills Katameya Clubhouse to enjoy the extravagant shows and extraordinary entertainment at The Palm Hills Carnival. Some of the acts included Circo di Strada from the Netherlands, Percussion Trash from Germany and Meska Band all among parades, cotton candy, and classic carny rides and games.
