Reviving the Egyptian Soul is the latest CSR project from Palm Hills Developments. Initiated to redevelop impoverished villages in Upper Egypt and the Delta, the project aims to transform those villages into sustainable, model communities flourishing with life and opportunity.

Reviving the Egyptian Soul will entail reconstructing housing, providing reliable access to clean, potable water, implementing proper drainage and sewage systems, developing educational institutions and medical facilities. It is the hopes of Palm Hills to reach as many Egyptians in need as possible and offer them the chance to grow towards a brighter tomorrow.

We are proud to have extended our Building On platform to include the enhancement of lesser-developed segments to our society and improving the standards of life in all territories by developing integrated, self-sustaining communities. For us it is the people who make the place, so it is our privilege to provide them with the infrastructures and resources to create a better way of life for themselves and their families. Whether housing, creating job opportunities, implementing drainage and irrigation systems or rebuilding in the wake of a natural disaster we are there to support, aid and facilitate the path to a higher degree of living. It is the right of every person to have the chance for betterment and we are here to ensure everyone has the room to grow, thrive and flourish.

We at Palm Hills Developments view it as our honor and commitment to lay our expertise to those in need for the good of all, and it is this drive that keeps us Building On.

Signing protocol between Palm Hills Developments and Rotary.

We are pleased to announce the launch of our project "Palm Hills Free of Virus C", a Rotary initiative supported by Rotary Palm Hills and Rotary Shams October. The launch builds on the framework protocols signed between Rotary and each of Palm Hills Development Company and with Kasr Al Aini Hospital. This model of successful cooperation between the private corporate sector, public sector service providers, civil society organizations and Rotary is a model we aspire to replicate in many of our projects and which we are confident will underpin the effectiveness of both the national campaign to eradicate Virus C and other endeavors in the sectors of health, education and provision of services to the most needy segments of the population.

Palm Hills jointly with NAPWSD [National Authority for Potable Water, Sewage and Drainage] and under the auspices of the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Development had taken significant steps into putting their MOU initiative into action. The initiative targets supplying 14 villages with sewage across 4 years to contribute in bettering the quality of life in the rural side of Egypt. The project is planned to be executed over 2 phases, each is extended over two years. Meanwhile, 4 plots of land have been received and the design of pump stations is well underway in Kafr El Sheikh and Gharbeya.

Palm Hills donated EGP 2 million to the governorate of Beheira to help revamp the unfortunate villages of Beheira from the aftermath of the unprecedented rainstorms, specifically Ofoona Village.

The initiative targeted financial contribution to support rebuilding homes of the affected citizens of Wadi Al Natroun and the neighboring villages, specifically Ofoona Village. A ceremony under the patronage of Beheira governor was held to announce the initiative.

Walk for a Cure

In a truly inspiring moment for us, our residents in Palm Hills 6th October showed us all what Palm Hills community is about. Together they organized and created a Breast Cancer Walk which was attended by a majority of our residents who came together for this cause on their own accord. It just goes to show, that we do not build houses, but lay the foundations for harmonious communities that grow and prosper side-by-side.
